Richard Chen places 2nd in American public speaking competition
We are so pleased to announce that one of our bright young students, Richard Chen, had yet again done amazingly, placing 2nd at the District level of the Optimist International Oratorical Contest. The District level competition happened in Vancouver, Washington and featured the top speakers from British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon.
In winning 2nd place, Richard has won a $1500 scholarship. Congratulations Richard; We are very optimistic about your future in public speaking!
