FDT student is runner-up at 2018 Barry Sullivan Law Cup
Congratulations to FDT student Catherine Cho for advancing to the final round and placing 2nd in this year’s Barry Sullivan Cup! The Barry Sullivan Law Cup is an annual competition held by the Canadian Bar Association for Law Week. The topic this year was:
“In light of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action and the interests at stake in criminal prosecutions (from the perspective of the accused, the victim, and the public), is the criminal justice system the best forum to deal with offences committed by Aboriginal offenders?”
Also, we would like to give a shout out to Kelly Ho for her fantastic performance in the preliminary round!
